How to reach AntwerpPhoto

The heart of the festival is the Loodswezen building. Address: Tavernierkaai 3, 2000 Antwerp. From there, you can get to the DIVA museum, located on the Suikerrui right in the middle of the historic centre. It's 12 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by bike.

THE LOODSWEZEN BUILDING / HEART OF THE FESTIVAL

  • Public transport

    The Loodswezen building can be easily reached by public transport. From Antwerp Central Station you can take the underground tram right under the station (Premetrostation Diamant): take tramlines 9 or 15 (in the direction P+R Linkeroever) for one stop (Meir). Transfer to tramline 7: the above-ground stop (Antwerpen Meirbrug) is just a 100m walk. Get off at Antwerpen Brouwersvliet, right in front of the building.

  • By bicycle

    You can reach the Loodswezen building by bicycle in less than 10 minutes from the city centre. There are several city bike or Velo stations nearby. The nearest one is right across from the Loodswezen building, on the Sint-Aldegondiskaai (station 135).

  • By car

    Coming by car? There are several underground parking lots nearby: on Sint-Pietersvliet and on the Godefriduskaai (entrance: Zeevaartstraat 11).

DIVA MUSEUM / HENRI CARTIER-BRESSON

  • Public Transport

    From Antwerp Central Station, you can take tram 9 or 15 (direction P+R Linkeroever) at the Premetrostation Diamant, located under the train station. Get off at Groenplaats. Are you coming from Antwerp South Station? Take tram 4 (direction Silsburg) or bus 181/183 (direction Groenplaats) and get off at Groenplaats. From there, walk towards the Cathedral of Our Lady and to the Grote Markt. Continue towards the Steen (castle). You’ll find the DIVA museum on the right-hand side.

  • By bicycle

    The Suikerrui and Kaasstraat are easily accessible by bicycle. For the time being, you can leave your bicycle in one of the bicycle racks on the Suikerui. If you are using a Velo, you’ll find a station near the Steen (station 059).

  • By car

    You can leave your car in either the Grote Markt or Groenplaats car park. Or you might find a free parking space on the quayside.
